The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana has adopted a revision to the court's local rules. The change involves the following:
| B-2002-2, LBF 3a & 3b | Local Bankruptcy Form 3a and 3b, Notice of Opportunity to Object to Motions, are amended to delete the reference to service upon movant’s attorney, trustee, and debtor’s attorney. |
