Debtors must complete and file a Debtor's Electronic Noticing (DeBN) Request form in order to participate in the DeBN program. The form provides three options:

• Initial Request
• Update to Account Information
  • Change an email address
  • Verify account information from a previous account
  • Reactivate an account
• Deactivate Electronic Noticing

File the DeBN Request form in person or through the mail at the clerk’s office where your case was filed.
