Debtors must complete and file a Debtor's Electronic Noticing (DeBN) Request form in order to participate in the DeBN program. The form provides three options:
- Initial Request
- Update to Account Information
- Change an email address
- Verify account information from a previous account
- Reactivate an account
- Deactivate Electronic Noticing
File the DeBN Request form in person or through the mail at the clerk’s office where your case was filed.
