It is likely the Court will order the parties to examine the disputed entries and file a joint report indicating which entries the parties disagree.

Consistent with the District Court's Local Rules, this Court requires a responding party answering a complaint to restate verbatim the allegations in the complaint. N.D. L.R. 10-1(a)(1) (requiring respondent to restate verbatim the paragraphs and the responses to that paragraph). If the responding party fails to restate the allegations, the Court will strike the pleading but permit an amended pleading to be filed.
Once counsel for the responding party enters its appearance, the Court encourages the plaintiff to send a text version of the complaint to the opposing party. The Word verson allows the respondent to draft rhe verbatim paragraphs more easily.

The Court expects the parties to complete this report. The parties may complete their own report, so long as theis report addresses each of the paragraphs in the Court's report.
After the report is filed, the Court may hold a status conference.
