On December 1, 2025, the following Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, Official Bankruptcy Forms, and Director’s Bankruptcy Forms will be amended or adopted:

• Bankruptcy Rules 3002.1 and 8006;
• Official Form 410C13-M1 (new form), 410C13-M1R (new form), 410C13-N (new form), 410C13-NR (new form), 410C13-M2 (new form), 410C13-M2R (new form), and 410S1; and
• Director’s Forms 2000, 2030, and 4100C (new form).

In addition, the following docketing events will be made available in CM/ECF on December 1, 2025, to accommodate the amendments to Rule 3002.1:

• Determine Status of Mortgage Claim Under Rule 3002.1(f)(1)
• Response to Motion to Determine Status of Mortgage Claim Under Rule 3002.1(f)(1)
• Trustee's Notice of Disbursements Made
• Response to Trustee's Notice of Disbursements Made
