Public Notice: Temporary Change in Procedure

To allow Bankruptcy Staff to attend a court-wide training event, the Bankruptcy Court will not be staffed on Thursday, June 4, 2026.

If you have a document to file, please leave it in the drop box, and it will be reviewed and filed as appropriate. Any document received by 4:00 p.m. will be file or receive marked the same day you dropped it off.

If you have a payment to make and it is a money order or Cashier’s check, please self-address (with your name and address) an envelope and put it with your payment INSIDE the drop box. We will mail your receipt to you. Please ensure that the payment shows the name and case number in which the payment should be applied. If it is a cash payment, please contact the Clerk's Office to make other arrangements.
