The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking public comment concerning a proposed change to the court’s Local Rules. The change involves the following:

B-7054-1 Costs, abrogating the rule as its content is addressed in Fed. R. Civ. P. 54, Judgment; Costs, and N.D. Ind. L.R. 54-1, Taxation of Costs.
