The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana has adopted a revision to the court’s local rules.  The changes involve the following:

     B-2002-2 Notice of Opportunity to Object to Motions, amending paragraph (a)(9), clarifying exclusivity periods.

     B-4004-3 Discharge in Chapter 11 Cases, establishing Chapter 11, subchapter V discharge procedures.

     B-9010-2 Appearance and Withdrawal, excepting chapter 13 staff attorneys from the requirement to file an individual appearance.
