Limited Operations - Government Shutdown

Beginning on Monday, Oct. 20, the Judicial Branch will no longer have funding to sustain full, paid operations. Until the ongoing lapse in government funding is resolved the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana will maintain limited operations necessary to perform the Judiciary’s constitutional functions. All of the cases currently calendared will go forward as scheduled unless otherwise determined by the presiding Judge. The Clerk’s office will remain open during normal hours. The operations staff will continue performing those functions that are excepted according to the Anti-Deficiency Act. Electronic filing through CM/ECF remains available to all registered users.
