The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana extends its sincere appreciation to the Honorable Kent Lindquist for his forty years of distinguished service on the bench. His dedication and commitment to the administration of justice have left a lasting impact on this Court and the many individuals who appeared before him.
Case Reassignments Following Retirement
Effective October 1, 2025, Judge Lindquist has retired fully from judicial service. In accordance with the Court’s General Order Reassigning Cases (Misc. Proc. No. 25-0202), all matters pending before Judge Lindquist have been reassigned among the three remaining Bankruptcy Judges of the Northern District of Indiana in approximately equal shares.
