The Standing Committee on Practice and Procedures for the Northern District of Indiana is seeking four volunteers (two creditor attorneys and two debtor attorneys) to serve on a new subcommittee. The subcommittee’s mission is to evaluate the need for, and assist in the development of, a Chapter 13 Local Form Plan for presentation to the full committee.

• Positions Available: 2 creditor attorneys, 2 debtor attorneys
• Responsibilities: Investigate and assess the need for a standardized Chapter 13 plan form, and assist in drafting a proposed local form for committee review.
• Timeline: Applications are due by November 30, 2024. Selected volunteers will be notified in December.
