To allow Bankruptcy Staff to attend a court wide training event, the Bankruptcy Clerk’s Offices in South Bend, Fort Wayne, Hammond, and Lafayette will be CLOSED on Friday, September 22, 2023. Drop boxes will be available at these locations to accept paper filings and/or payments.

As always, the court’s Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for electronic filers. 

Bankruptcy Court staff will be available telephonically to address emergency matters only at 574-968-2265.
