ECF Release 3.1.6 Announcements
|
On December 1, 2007, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana will upgrade its Electronic Case Filing (ECF) System to Release 3.1.6. Release 3.1.6 incorporates changes to the Official Forms that become effective December 1, 2007. To allow for this upgrade, the ECF System will be unavailable on Saturday, December 1, 2007, from 12:01 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. EST.
Additionally, if you are using petition preparation software, you are encouraged to check with your software provider before December 1, 2007, to see if any updates are required.
